We sell your car for a tiered commission — 10%, 7.5% and 5% of the final sale price. You set the price; we handle photos, listing and showings.

These terms are between you and Retro Auto Detail LLC (RADSTL).
Commission
Charged on the final sale price, in brackets like income tax: each rate applies only to the part of the price inside its bracket.

Prep detail included free on cars over $50,000; otherwise optional at the listed service price, deducted at sale.
The terms
Listing termYour car stays listed until it sells.
There's no fixed term. The listing runs until the vehicle sells, and you can withdraw it at any time in writing.
PriceYou set the asking price and your lowest acceptable price.
Any change to either price is approved by you in writing — a text or email counts.
ExclusivityWhile it's consigned with us, it's listed only with us.
You don't list the car elsewhere while it's consigned with RADSTL. If you sell it privately during that time, the commission is still due.
Where the car livesYour car stays with you. We don't store vehicles.
RADSTL is mobile: photos, prep and showings happen by appointment at your location. There is no storage and no storage fee.
Insurance and titleYou keep it insured and the title clear.
You keep full insurance coverage the whole time and hold a clear title (or a payoff letter for any lien).
MarketingWe photograph, film and list the car on our channels.
RADSTL photographs and films the car and lists it on its website and social channels. Online auctions such as Bring a Trailer only with your approval; their fees are passed through at cost.
Test drivesOnly with a license, insurance and RADSTL present.
Test drives happen only with a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and RADSTL present.
PaymentYou're paid within 5 business days after the buyer's funds clear.
The buyer pays by certified funds or wire. You're paid the sale price minus commission and any agreed charges within 5 business days after the buyer's funds clear. No card payments for vehicles on the website.
Withdrawing your carPull the car anytime — no fee.
You may withdraw the vehicle at any time, in writing. There is no early-withdrawal or marketing fee.
Condition and disclosureYou disclose known issues; cars sell as-is.
You disclose known issues in writing. Vehicles are sold as-is unless agreed otherwise.
RepairsNothing is fixed without your written OK.
Any repairs or extra detailing happen only with your written OK, billed at normal rates.
